Beautician Course
The children were given a training in the course of beautician. This course was of 45 days duration. The course curriculum contained training skills in Mehandi Designing, Hari cutting, Face bleach, Make-up, Colouring Henna to the hair etc. The children attended this course and attained appropriate experience in these skills during the course period. The training was both theoretical and practical as well. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Drawing Course
This course was also of a duration of 45 days. An expert drawing artist volunteered to impart training to the children at the Home. They were taught in making picture drawings, natural scenery, dolls, pictures of human beings and animals etc. The children were also made to practice good cursive hand writing during this training period. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Spoken English Course
English is one of the most dominating and in demand languages in the world. Having knowledge to read, write and speak in English will allow to broaden various opportunities to the individuals. In other words, we can say that it helps to improve the quality of life. By involving an expert in Spoken English course, CRDS has trained the children to improve their knowledge in English. This course of 45 days, the children were taught about various aspects of English language, viz., Parts of speech, use of Verbs, Tenses, Articles, Prepositions etc. They were practically practice skills like introducing themselves, making conversations with others etc. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Dance Course
Dance, the art form of entertainment and self-development, was conducted as a part of summer course. This course was of 2 months. By involving a well experienced dance trainer, the children were provided with skills in techniques like facial expressions, sequence of movement of limbs. These movements have aesthetic and often symbolic value. Dance can be categorized and described by its choreography, by its repertoire of movements, or by its historical period or place of origin. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Karate Course
Martial Arts is an educational system of paramount importance for everybody, especially for kids. It helps in building their physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects by developing balance their lifeskills. It helps in developing coordination, focus, respect, discipline, and self-confidence. During this course of 2 months course, the girls in the Home were trained on these aspects, which gave them the mental booster that they are capable of defending themselves, if they are in trouble. They were trained in skills of Karate like Kumsi, Kicks, Chikky, Punch etc. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Yoga Course
By appointing a Yoga guru, CRDS has imparted training in Yoga to the children, which helps them in regulating their vital energies, and has physical, moral and spiritual benefits. The training involved in imparting practical knowledge among the children on the important components of Yoga, i.e., Asan, and Pranayamam (Breathing control and exercise).This course was for a period of 45 days, which involved all the children in the Home to participate and learn this great art of spiritual and self-control aspects. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Arts and Crafts Course
Arts and Crafts is a creative art which is an inborne talent. However, this need to be polished through trainings and smooth creative abilities. We have organized a training of 45 days duration which was attended by the children in the Home. The children are trained in the arts of artificial flower making with colour papers, thread bangles, ear rings with silk threads etc. They were also trained in making different types of hand bags. A few children have also. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Library Class
Library is a source of information which is embedded in the books and magazines kept in a secure place. The children were encouraged to go to library, take types of different subjects and read them so that they get knowledge on various subjects. CRDS is maintaining a library of books, magazines, newspapers, and DVDs on different subject in Telugu and English. This culture of visiting library and reading the books helps them to improvise their knowledge thereby their wisdom. After the completion of the course the certificates were provided on the basis of the training through Jana Sikshan Samasthan Govt. of INDIA
Robo Fest Event
Robo Fest Event has been Conducted by Novotech Robo Bangalore in our Rainbow home and our children’s have been participated in this event and they share their ideas in this event and created robo’s with their hands.
